Meditation Training

Our MEDITATION TRAINING and MEDITATION PROCESS WORK program is structured over six months which includes a MINDFULNESS COACHING with INTUITIVE COUNSELLING session each month with three sessions per month dedicated to Meditation work. The first three months are focused on MEDITATION TRAINING work and the remaining three months on MEDITATION PRACTICE and EXPERIENCE PROCESS work. This is appropriate for beginners, yet many who are already advanced in the art of meditation often select this process.

In the first three months the focus is on training you to learn how to Meditate. These Meditation Training sessions are an hour per session with a total of nine Meditation training sessions covering the first three months, whereby you have three Meditation training sessions per month in this program and a Mindfulness Coaching and Intuitive Counselling session once per month in this structure of training work. The Meditation Practice and Experience Process work part of this program is based on one hour once a week live sessions where you experience the regular practice of Meditating in three sessions each month, combined with a Mindfulness Coaching and Intuitive Counselling session each month for the remaining three months of this program.

Mindfulness” is another word for remembering and often it is said as remembering the being behind all our doing, or the essence of who we are. Working at an appropriate pace, clients are guided through various awareness exercises that increase attention, calm the body, and explore narratives and emotions. The benefits of mindfulness coaching are many, including better focus, self-awareness, stress resilience, creativity, meaning, and happiness.

In these sessions I combine when necessary, my Intuitive Counselling abilities to best support your healing process regarding any relevant wounding of past/ current traumas, repeating patterns which are blocking you and keeping you from being and having what you seek for yourself.

The benefits of mentor-ship are many, including better focus, self-awareness, stress resilience, creativity, self development, deeper meaning, self empowerment, inner peace and fulfilment.

Meditation Training

I have designed a beautiful Meditation Training process comprising nine individual sessions each an hour duration which means you get three sessions per month for the first three months dedicated to help you to learn how to Meditate.

The Meditation Training process structure teaches the step by step process of learning how to meditate. I provide a supportive approach backed by my personal 25 years to date experience in the field of Meditation work, and in this six month program I offer guidance to help you to learn this ancient technique. You can learn how to train yourself to become still and step away from constant distractions, how to centre yourself easier and easier and with practice how to step into a self mastery process which anyone who is willing to practice can embrace and grow as a learned life skill. This process provides the teaching of certain practices and provides experiential opportunities where you can learn what it means to step into the beauty of your own meditation experience!

Meditation Practice and Experience Process Work

Once the Meditation Training is complete, the Practice and Experience sessions are based on three sessions per month consisting each of an hour duration, and this support structure is held over the remaining three consecutive months. You can learn to manage yourself with age-old techniques, so relevant in our modern days these days where you can tap into the inner world of yourself and connect with your innate Divinity and experience the benefit of learning to centre and calm yourself each day, as you live in this busy and highly distracted world!

This is a comprehensive process which gently reminds the person about the principles of creating sacred space and committing the self to making time for inner work. The general guidance is to commit oneself to meditate on a daily basis as a form of structure in your busy life style, no matter where you reside or what work or situation you are currently experiencing.

This program is available – either in person or on line – which encourages you to practice and personally develop your abilities to meditate with my guidance as I am present with you with all sessions.

The general guidance is to commit oneself to meditate a minimum of 20 minutes each day. And for those who are extremely busy, it is advised to meditate for twice that time each day!

After your Initial Consult, (please read terms of service) if this MEDITATION TRAINING and MEDITATION PROCESS WORK program is what you choose, our program is a six month program which includes a MINDFULNESS COACHING with INTUITIVE COUNSELLING session each month with three sessions per month dedicated to Meditation work. The first three months are focused on MEDITATION TRAINING work and the remaining three months on MEDITATION PRACTICE and EXPERIENCE PROCESS work.

Payments are pre paid, conducted upfront each month, for the full duration of the six month period.
